Note: If you use new customer accounts, customers can update their own profile name and email address directly from their customer account page.
How to Access Customer Profiles
View All Customers
- Go to Customers in your Shopify admin
- Browse the customer list or use the search field
- Click any customer name to open their profile
Search for a Specific Customer
- Go to Customers
- In the Search customers field, enter a name, email, phone number, or mailing address
- Select the customer from the results
