Buy a shipping label

  1. Go to Orders in your Shopify admin.
  2. Open the order you want to ship.
  3. Click Create shipping label.
  4. Check the address, package size, and weight.
  5. Select the carrier and delivery speed.
  6. Click Buy shipping label.

Buy labels in bulk

  1. Go to Orders > Shipping labels.
  2. Click Buy labels for orders.
  3. Select the fulfillment location.
  4. Review orders and click Buy shipping labels.

Print shipping labels immediately

  1. After purchase, click Print.
  2. Select documents to print.
  3. Choose Thermal, Letter, or A4 format.
  4. Open the PDF and print.

Print labels later

  1. Go to Orders > Shipping labels.
  2. Select up to 100 labels.
  3. Click Print documents.
  4. Select documents and paper size.
  5. Click Print.

Labels show as Printed or Not printed and can be reprinted anytime.

Print customs forms (international orders)

  1. Go to Orders.
  2. Open the international order.
  3. If Print customs form appears, click it.
  4. Select paper size and print.
  5. Attach the form to the outside of the package.

If no button appears, customs information is already embedded in the barcode.

Print packing slips

Single packing slip

  1. Open the order.
  2. Click Print > Print packing slips.

Bulk packing slips

  1. Select multiple orders.
  2. Click ⋯ > Print packing slips.
  3. Select location and print.

Void unused labels

  1. Go to Orders > Shipping labels.
  2. Find the label.
  3. Click Void label.

Only labels that haven’t been scanned can be voided.
