    Who actually replies, and how quickly?

    Rohit Kundale, Stagebit's founder, reads every enquiry himself and replies the same business day, Monday to Friday. There is no sales team, no shared inbox, and no junior filtering messages before they reach him. If your project is urgent, booking a call directly gets you a slot straight away.

    Is there a minimum project size or budget?

    Stagebit takes on projects of every size, from single-feature builds starting around $4,000, up to full replatforming projects over $100,000. Monthly retainers are also available for ongoing maintenance. If you are not sure what your project will cost, just share your budget range and Stagebit will tell you honestly what is achievable within it.

    We're in Germany / EU — can you work with us?

    Yes, absolutely. Most of Stagebit's clients are based in the DACH region. Stagebit has a registered office in Köln, Germany, and the team works CET-friendly overlap hours. All projects are GDPR compliant, and Stagebit signs data processing agreements on request. Delivery is remote first, with weekly demos and updates throughout the project.

    Can you take over our existing Magento store?

    Yes, this is one of Stagebit's most common engagements. Stagebit offers a free preliminary audit before proposing anything, looking at your codebase, performance bottlenecks and technical debt. In fact, many of Stagebit's longest client relationships started as emergency performance rescues on someone else's existing store.

    Is the discovery call a sales pitch?

    No, the 30-minute call is a genuine technical conversation, not a sales pitch. Rohit gives honest, actionable feedback whether or not you end up working with Stagebit, and he will tell you plainly if Stagebit is not the right fit. That straightforwardness is how Stagebit has built long-term trust with DACH clients since 2017.

    Fixed-price or time & materials?

    Both models are available. For clearly scoped projects such as migrations, audits or Hyvä implementations, Stagebit offers fixed-price proposals. For ongoing development work, Stagebit uses sprint-based retainers with transparent billing. Whichever fits your project better is the one Stagebit will recommend.

    Do you work with agencies or take on white-label projects?

    Yes. Stagebit works with agencies and consultancies who need a technical delivery partner behind the scenes, and all work can be delivered under white-label terms with no Stagebit branding visible to your client. This runs alongside Stagebit's direct ecommerce brand projects as a regular part of the business, so just mention it in your message and the team will scope it accordingly.
